Where these website terms conflict with that agreement, that agreement prevails.

You may view and print pages from this site for your own business evaluation purposes. You must not

• use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation;
• systematically extract content, including by scraping, for the purpose of building a competing product or database;

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
